Voice over legend Don LaFontaine passed away at the age of 68. While you may not know his name, or his face, you definitely know his voice.
He was a professional announcer and narrator, lending his trademark gravelly gravitas to literally hundreds of movie trailers, TV ads and radio spots. His passing leaves a gap that Hollywood will be hard pressed to fill.
