France is set to award the Legion of Honor to Harvey Weinstein in recognition of his years promoting French cinema in the USA, culminating in the recent Best Picture win of The Artist.
In honor of Harvey's business practices, the President of France will use the awards ceremony to announce that they will really give Harvey the award next year, and then three years later, after much arguing, lawsuits, and threats, they'll just toss it into a discount DVD bin at Wal-Mart.
