Hollywood Babble On & On #952: NBC Literally Can't Do NOTHING Right

Yesterday was the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 that killed almost 3,000 people at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania.

Now the attacks occurred while the major networks were running their morning news / entertainment shows. So every network morning show agreed to mark the time of the attacks with a moment of silence.

That is, every show except NBC's Today Show.

The brain-trust at NBC decided to skip the moment of silence to keep going with an interview with Kris Jenner, the mother and CEO of the Kardashian fame-whore corporation, to talk about her recent boob-job.

A basic sense of human decency literally asked NBC to do nothing, literally nothing, for just a moment and NBC screwed it up completely.

It's like the culture of dysfunction and incompetence that took hold over the past 10 years is still clinging to it like a tumor.

Comcast better do something to change this, and soon.

  1. Dude, do you really think that people who would watch something related to boob jobs and Kardashians even realized that it was 9-11? Or worse yet cared?

NBC = the Idiocracy Now channel.

  2. But they're making up for this by blaming Romney for the attacks on our embassies. Not sure how that works but the important thing is that it is not the fault of the people who actually did it.
